Sustainability Committee

Primary Duties

Oversees the external reporting on environmental, social and governance and sustainability matters, including climate-related risks and opportunities
Oversees the stockholder engagement program
Reviews and oversees the social responsibility programs, policies and practices, including the Human Rights Policy
Reviews and monitors climate-related public policy trends and related regulatory matters
Oversees the Political Contributions Policy and reviews the Corporation’s political activities and expenditures
Oversees the Charitable Contributions and Matching Gift Program
