Agencies/Search Firms

Oxy has an internal sourcing and recruiting team, Talent Acquisition, that is utilized to fill the majority of our vacancies. At times, we may supplement our recruiting efforts with assistance from a search firm who has a valid fully-executed contract for service, tied to a specific job opening. If Oxy decides to use a Search Firm for a specific job opening, we will make the staffing requisition available via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide information on how to submit a candidate for consideration. In order for a Search Firm to receive credit for a candidate submission, candidates must be submitted via the ATS and abide by the terms of the signed agreement.

To protect the interests of all parties, Oxy will not accept unsolicited resumes or submissions from any source, and we will not pay a fee to any agency that does not have an approved agreement in place. Search Firms should work through the Talent Acquisition team versus contacting hiring managers. ​
