Oxy’s Vintage Production California LLC subsidiary has properties producing oil and gas from more than 50 fields. Primarily located in the Ventura, San Joaquin and Sacramento basins, Vintage properties encompass approximately 1.4 million net acres, including both developed and undeveloped acreage.

Development projects at Vintage include enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques such as waterflood and thermal steam floods. Exploring new technology and sophisticated portfolio planning are key components to Oxy’s success in Vintage Production assets.

In 2010, the California Division of Oil, Gas & Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) awarded Vintage the Outstanding Lease Award for Pleito Oil Field, North Shafter Oil Field and Kern Front Oil Field operations. This designation was awarded to Vintage’s Kern Front Field operations for multiple prior years. DOGGR also recognized Vintage’s Del Valle Field operations in the Ventura basin with the same Outstanding Oil Field Lease and Facility Award for the second year in a row.
