Oxy's cogeneration assets include Ingleside Cogeneration Limited Partnership (ICLP) near Ingleside, Texas; Taft Cogeneration facility located near Hahnville, Louisiana; Battleground Cogeneration facility in La Porte, Texas, Elk Hills Power in Kern County, California.

• ICLP has the capacity to produce approximately 440 MW of electricity and up to 1.1 million pounds of steam per hour.
• The Taft cogeneration facility is a gas-fired power plant and has the capacity to produce approximately 800 MW of electricity. The facility sells electricity and steam to the company's adjacent chemical complex.
• The Battleground Cogeneration facility has the capacity to produce up to 300 MW of electricity. The facility provides steam and electricity to OxyVinyl's Battleground chemical plant.
• Elk Hills Power, a 550-MW gas-fired power generation plant, located on Oxy's Elk Hills oil and gas field, in western Kern County, California.
