OxyChem encourages employees to strive for continuous self-development by providing educational assistance to eligible full-time, regular employees who successfully complete pre-approved courses of study.

Upon the successful completion of each course of study employees generally will be reimbursed for 100% of all tuition, required texts, laboratory fees, parking and entrance examination fees, for a maximum of two courses per grading period.
