metrics to identify beneficial supply chain opportunities.
The cornerstone of OxyChem's Supply Chain Performance Management
is our "Customer
Scorecard". It is a customer-tailored report on supply
chain efficiency between the customer and Oxychem. Supply
chain efficiency is analyzed using the following data:
- Logistics - Shipment history, rail
trip and transit time analysis, rail inventory and demurrage
analysis, illogical (non-optimum) shipments analysis, and
returns shipments.
- Orders - On-time shipments, percent
of orders automated, percent of sales using VMI.
- Billing - Percent of Automated Invoices,
number of debit/credit memos, percent of billing adjustment,
on-time payment performance.
