Primary Duties
- Recommends candidates for election to the Board
- Is responsible for the periodic review and Interpretation of Occidental's Governance Policies and consideration of other governance issues
- Oversees the evaluation of the Board and management
- Oversees the Corporation’s Human Rights Policy and related social responsibility programs and practices
