Oxy now requires human rights training for all security employees, including contract employees, as well as for all Oxy managers and new hires. Oxy officers and managers have the responsibility for ensuring that all employees are familiar with the company's human rights protections. In addition, Oxy will require selected contractors to provide human rights training for their employees.
